  1. To a food processor add the chopped onions and parsley, mince for few minutes and drain the liquid.
  2. Mix the minced onions and parsley with the ground beef. Add salt and spices and mix all ingredients well together and make into meatballs.
  3. In a baking pan, arrange the tomatoes and potatoes slices between the meatballs.
  4. Add one cup of water to the tomato sauce, mix it thoroughly and pour it on top of the ingredients in the pan.
  5. Serve hot.
